Tuesday Evening Celebration — San Diego Seaport Village

Join SLAS for a glitch-free evening away from the grind.

Besides top-notch scientific education and an exhibition filled with world-renowned innovators, the SLAS2020 International Conference and Exhibition is known for its Tuesday Evening Celebration.

Step outside the San Diego Convention Center for an oceanside evening of fun, scenic views and networking with fellow SLAS2020 attendees. This year’s Tuesday Evening Celebration (sponsored by Hamilton) takes place at San Diego’s Seaport Village, a 14-acre waterfront entertainment complex housing more than 50 one-of-a-kind shops and retailers along with art galleries, eateries and a hand-carved historic carousel, that will be reserved just for SLAS!

Enjoy breathtaking Pacific Ocean scenery while taking in the sounds of a live DJ. Stop by the brew-master tasting station for a sample or two of highly rated, local craft beer. Or, if you're looking for a fun keepsake to bring home, get your portrait drawn by one of the local caricaturist artists we'll have on hand. 

San Diego’s Seaport Village is located steps from the San Diego Convention Center and all SLAS2020 host hotels. There will be no shuttle to or from the event. All guests must have an SLAS2020 badge and be 21 or older to attend the Tuesday Evening Celebration.
